Terms of Use
United Cerebral Palsy and Handicapped Children's Association of Syracuse, Inc. (d.b.a. Enable) is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization providing individualized services to children and adults with physical, developmental and/or health-related disabilities throughout the Central New York Community. This web site is intended to integrate information, resources, and opportunities through the internet for individuals with disabilities, their families, and for those who provide them with services and support.
Enable's Web Site includes informational resources on specific activities, services and programs offered by Enable. An effort is also made to bring together valuable information and resources from other agencies and organizations providing services to individuals with disabilities.

Enablecny.org and its related content and service sites, believes that electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. Enable does not disclose individual reader information or postal or email addresses obtain through the website.

Credit Card Use
Any information collected in the process of a registration for an event or a donation to Enable will only be used for the specified transaction. When you donate or register through Enablecny.org we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your request and to provide a receipt where appropriate.
E-mail
Any/all e-mail addresses sent to Enable as the result of correspondence with the users of enablecny.org will not be used or collected for the purposes of reselling to a third party and will not be added to a bulk e-mailing list unless requested by the user.
