Service Coordination
Enable's Community Living Service helps individuals with disabilities by coordinating their services. We help the individual find and get the services they need. We also help the individual with living arrangements.
The individual, or their advocate, chooses the service coordinator. The service coordinator represents the individuals needs and interests.
