Early Intervention Services

Two children playing at a sand tableEnable is an approved provider of Early Intervention Services for children from birth to age three and their families. We offer professional support to help families obtain the necessary services for their child.

Services

Early intervention services generally begin with an evaluation preformed by a team of professionals including a special education teacher, psychologist and physical, occupational or speech therapist. Enable also offers evaluations by a pediatric neurologist and a developmental pediatrician who can assist in the diagnosis of disabilities.

After evaluation, Enable provides an array of services to help children grow and develop. These services include occupational, physical and speech therapies, adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, inclusive preschool toddler programs, and more. Enable’s social workers can also provide service coordination, parenting education and support groups for families.
