Rita Fairbrother, program manager of Community Networks, was recently a winner in the Step-Up drawings of the United Way of Central New York.  The Step-Up program encourages United Way donors to increase their donations by one dollar per week from their previous gift.  Each day a drawing was held for Step-Up participants.  Rita won a gift certificate to Joey's Restaurant.  Congratulations and thank you for supporting our community!
