Main Function
To provide task based personal home care to an adult with disabilities.
Duties
PCAs will need to follow a care plan as administered by the County, and will perform duties as directed by their supervisor. Tasks include, but are not limited to bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, washing dishes, housekeeping, errands and some cooking.
Scope of Responsibilities
Duties are to be performed with strict adherence to the participant's individual care plan.
Education and Experience
No educational level required.
Conditions of Employment
Applicants will be required to complete and pass a Home Health Aide check. A valid NYS Driver License may be required, if driving is needed.
