Like any effective organization, Enable knows the importance of planning for the future. With this in mind, the organization has begun a strategic planning process to strengthen the agency for the future. Enable has contracted with PLC Associates, Inc. to facilitate this process.
“Enable is in a very solid position for entering into this strategic plan. In particular, the enthusiasm, focus and passion exhibited by all those involved are impressive. This is a group fiercely committed to results,” said Penny Ciaburri, CEO/Principal of PLC Associates. “This strategic plan will serve as a true blueprint for the agency. It is more than fair to say we should expect great things.”
This process will be an agency-wide effort, with participation from staff members, volunteers and board members. A Core Team will guide the process, while six Task Teams will focus on specific issues important to Enable. Each of the Task Teams is facilitated by at least one member of the Core Team, and the goal is for the Task Teams to coordinate their work so that opportunities for synergy are discovered.
The Task Teams are:
• Autism Spectrum Services
• Financial Analysis
• Future Funding Changes
• Maintaining Our High Performance Culture
• Public Relations, Brand Identity and Fundraising
• Senior Citizen Expansion Programs
