Since 1948, our mission has been to enhance the quality of life for people with developmental or physical disabilities through an array of services. We provide assessment, training, therapy and support for over 1,500 children and adults with disabilities and their families annually. Enable empowers people with disabilities to achieve their goals at home, school, work, and play.

Our Education Services program offers inclusive education and therapy services to children with disabilities who participate in preschool activities along side their typical peers. Enable therapists and preschool staff work together in the classroom to address the needs of all children in the program.

Community Services

Enable group homes are neighborhood–based, providing the residents with the opportunity to be included as a part of that neighborhood. The outreach component supports individuals with disabilities to function as independently as possible in their own home by providing adaptive equipment, environmental modifications and other supports. Outreach services have been developed to address gaps in service where traditional programs are unable to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.
